Following a 30% year on year increase in the sales of our connectivity and Hosted VoIP solutions and with exciting new developments in the industry and the local area we are now looking to add the following to our Doncaster based team.

Graduate Business Development Manager (role ref KATGDBM0111)

The Role:

As a Graduate Business Development Manager your main responsibility will be to target new customers, manage your sales pipeline and close opportunities. Specifically, you will identify and build relationships with small to medium sized companies across South Yorkshire.

This role will suit a tech savvy person but an outgoing personality is more important. You don’t need to be a geek, but must be open to the telecoms industry and not be afraid of change.  You will be working closely with your support team and our Customer Experience Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Research potential new customers using all available tools
  • Build and maintain revenue on new/existing accounts
  • Build a solid industry knowledge
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Admin duties when requested from line manager

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Essential – Friendly
  • Essential – UK Full Driving License
  • Get things done attitude with a great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, sales can be a lonely job
  • Able to adopt a customer first, technology second approach
  • Reactive: ensure customer queries are dealt in timely manner
  • able to demonstrate an organised approach as will be working to key performance indicators
  • a team player
  • Not afraid of the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Basic £18,000.00 /year + Commission

Appointment Maker (role ref KATAM0111)

As an Appointment Maker your main responsibility will be to profile opportunities and turn those opportunities into appointments for your Business Development Management. Specifically, you will identify and build relationships with small to medium sized companies across South Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Essential – Friendly
  • Essential – Good telephone manner
  • Get things done attitude with a great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to adopt a customer first, technology second approach
  • Reactive: ensure customer queries are dealt in timely manner
  • Able to demonstrate an organised approach as will be working to key performance indicators
  • A team player
  • Not afraid of the phone

Job Type: 15 hours a week

Salary: Basic £7,020/year + Commission
